What is a Hidden Gent Style Box?

A Hidden Gent Style Box is a collection of men's accessories designed exclusively by the Hidden Gent team. Every Style Box contains items such as scarf, tie, pocket square, socks, and cufflinks. We will be constantly updating and expanding our range to keep you on trend.

Can I request specific items to go into my Style Box?

Customisation of HiddenGent Style Boxes is not available at the moment.  We have designed our style boxes specifically to reflect current, classic and future trends. 

Can I choose what Style Boxes I want in my subscription?

The Hidden Gent team have decided to add an element of surprise and mystery to their subscription model. We currently have our subscription model set up where the option for choice is unavailable. This will be subject to change based on customer feedback.

What types of products will I receive?

Currently, every Hidden Gent Style Box contains a scarf, tie, pocket square, socks and cufflinks designed by Hidden Gent.

Will I ever receive the same item with the subscription model?

Never.

How long does delivery take from the day I ordered?

UK and Ireland deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days after an order has been placed or 7-10 days for international shipping.

How do I update my shipping address once I’ve signed up to a subscription model?

Is shipping cost included in my purchase?

Shipping is currently not free. Prices are give at checkout and can vary depending on items and location.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. Debit cards, PayPal and Apple pay.

Can I get a refund on my Hidden Gent purchase?

For orders of specific boxes there is a 14 day cooling off period. All items must be unused and resell-able. Please contact sam@hiddengent.com to confirm a return.

We are unable to offer refunds on any subscription orders. Customers signing up to our subscription service accept that they will receive mystery boxes each month. We will of course exchange any items that are faulty.
